  13.  In spite of my no small faith of own abilities I must admit that I can't get
  14.  anything relevant into ShareWare-Bladet ... and there's lots of bits and bytes
  15.  in the local areas (read: countries) that is relevant for a single country but
  16.  not for everyone else internationally - this might be ...

  18.   1) info and presentation about bbs's ...
  19.   2) reviews of programs in other languages than english or translations or
  20.      again programs especially developed for this country ...
  21.   3) more locally info about about fx. virus
  22.   4) commercially programs ...
  23.   5) tips & tricks
  24.      ... etc.

  26.  This is also the case in Denmark, where I have written a DANISH chapter about
  27.  some of these themes and extended the international version with special da-
  28.  nish chapters and so delveloped a specific danish version ...

  30.  I have an idea about that this would quite easy to do for more countries, fx
  31.  Germany, France, Spain etc.... and am so asking for 'local redactors' whose
  32.  purpose it would be to edit a national chapter (in your own language) and when
  33.  the international version is published then with the included BUILD program
  34.  just add this/these chapter(s) to the book.cfg files in the three modules and
  35.  add relevant screencaptures to the slideshows in graphic modules (batchfiles)
  36.  - that's all for making a national version of ShareWare-Bladet with mixed eng-
  37.  lish and your own language ...

  49.  You would of course be downlink to your country either by modem or disk via
  50.  mail.

  52.  EACH month on own initiative write 1-3 national chapters to ShareWare-Bladet
  53.  concerning above said themes and other relevant info for sw/pd users in your

  63.  1) a new book.cfg file for the 3 modules with the included build program
  64.  2) include screencaptures in the three slideshows (ANSI, graphics & windows)
  65.  3) and make it freely accessible through the main linked bbs in your country
  66.     (if you aren't a sysop yourself)
  67.  4) and send it to one or more ASP-approved disk vendors in your country (if
  68.     you aren't a vendor yourself) ...

  74.  Text in ASCII-format 80 colums wide - with column 1 and 80 not used (take care
  75.  of some hi/low-bit characters from screen shots included in the text can cause
  76.  trouble for the viewer - check yourself and edit if needed ...

  79.  EGA/VGA 16 colour and VGA (max. 320x200) 256 colour captures converted to the
  80.  GIF-format if relevant ...

  82.  You must have a broad knowledge about ShareWare and PublicDomain programs to
  83.  be able to compare with the top programs in relevant class and access to most
  84.  programs published in your country ... if wouldn't be too bad if you also have
  85.  a broad knowledge about bbs's/fidonet and other networks too ...

  87.  You must in reviews and short facts about new programs/updates follow the
  88.  standards set by the international version ... aside from this you must in my
  89.  opions have very free hands!

  91.  Even if author's press releases and info will be welcomed for help in reviews
  92.  they must NOT be used directly as the review must express the testing USER's
  93.  view on the program ... and it is not required that the local redactor write
  94.  everything himself! He may of cause include other offered writings ... and may
  95.  of cause use own language for writings ...
